Novera Home Care is currently completing the North Carolina home care agency licensing process. Services are not yet available. Families and caregivers may join our priority list for launch updates.
Companion Care
Planned companion care may include conversation, shared hobbies, light recreation, and simply being present so older adults feel less isolated and more connected in their own home.
Personal Care Assistance
Planned personal care assistance may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, delivered with patience and respect for each person's routines and preferences.
Respite Care
Planned respite care may give family caregivers a dependable break, knowing their loved one is in caring hands for a few hours or an extended period of time.
Homemaker Support
Planned homemaker support may include light housekeeping, laundry, and tidying that helps maintain a safe, comfortable, and organized home environment.
Meal Preparation
Planned meal preparation support may include grocery planning and cooking meals that reflect personal preferences, helping older adults maintain healthy routines.
Medication Reminders
Planned medication reminder support may help older adults stay on track with routines already prescribed by their physician. This is a reminder service only and does not involve medication administration.
Transportation and Errand Assistance
Planned transportation and errand support may include accompaniment to medical appointments, grocery trips, and other errands that support continued independence.
Dementia and Memory Support
Planned dementia and memory support services may include patient, structured companionship designed around familiar routines. This is non-medical support and is not a substitute for clinical dementia care.
Post-Hospital Support
Planned post-hospital support may include companionship, light homemaking, and errand assistance that helps individuals recover comfortably at home. This is not a substitute for skilled nursing or therapy services.
Novera does not provide skilled nursing, medication administration, medical treatment, or clinical therapy services. Planned services are non-medical in nature and are intended to support daily living and independence at home.
